Directions: Set your oven to 200 degrees. You’ll need a baking sheet that is lined with foil. Take a bowl and mix the milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Once smooth, add the flour and baking powder. Stir the combination until it is lump-free. Next, take a large skillet and spray it with non-stick spray or oil. Heat the skillet to medium-high heat. Take the croissants and dip them by halves in the batter. Let any excess batter drip into the bowl. Place the croissants in one layer in the skillet. Cook them until golden brown for about 3-5 minutes. Turn over each half until golden brown. Repeat the same process with each half. Keep them warm in the oven until ready to serve. Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and strawberries.
