Directions: Set your oven to 200 degrees. You’ll need a baking sheet that is lined with foil. Take a bowl and mix the milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Once smooth, add the flour and baking powder. Stir the combination until it is lump-free. Next, take a large skillet and spray it with non-stick spray or oil. Heat the skillet to medium-high heat. Take the croissants and dip them by halves in the batter. Let any excess batter drip into the bowl. Place the croissants in one layer in the skillet.
